The x2y SDK is licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the SDK in accordance with the terms of the MIT License. A copy of the MIT License is available in the SDK repository.

You may not:
- Use the SDK for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SDK (except as permitted by law)
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to x2y services or systems
- Use the SDK to harm others or interfere with service availability
4. Warranty Disclaimer
The x2y SDK is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the SDK will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, x2y dev tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the SDK, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Intellectual Property
The x2y SDK and all related materials are owned by x2y dev tools or licensed to x2y dev tools. You retain ownership of your code and any modifications you make to the SDK for your own use.
7. Support and Maintenance
While we strive to maintain and update the SDK, we do not guarantee continuous support or updates. The SDK is provided as-is, and updates are provided at our discretion.
8. Termination
Your right to use the SDK is terminated if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must cease using the SDK.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where x2y dev tools is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
